Prices are per person, per night in the rooms and suites, and per apartment, per night in the apartments (in the apartments Locus & Mansion, €40.00 per night applies from the third person; in the apartment “Terra”, from the fifth person).
The local tax is collected on site and amounts to per person (aged 14 and over) per night:

• in the hotel €3.50
• in the apartments €2.40

Children’s reductions (rooms & suites)

• 0–3 years: 70%
• 3–12 years: 50%
• 12–16 years: 20%
• The child discount applies when staying in a room together with 2 full-paying adults.

To confirm your booking, we request a deposit of 30% of the total amount.

Cancellation conditions
Unexpected events can always happen. In this case, we apply the following cancellation policy:

• If you cancel up to 31 days before arrival, no additional cancellation fees will be charged.
• For cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival, a fee of 40% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• For cancellations made between 14 and 8 days prior to arrival, a fee of 60% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, a fee of 70% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• In the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show, cancellation fees of 70% will be charged for the booked but unused days.
