In the ARCANA cooking is done with a feel for products and seasons. Herbs set the tone, flavours are finely balanced, and the menu follows the rhythm of the seasons. Uncontrived, with a clear focus on flavour and finesse. Our kitchen team takes time for details while remaining clear and concise.

At the Wirtshaus Moosmair*, things are refreshingly informal – yet guided by a clear sense of quality.
On the table comes whatever you fancy: a refined snack, a hearty hot dish, or something more elevated, such as a finely prepared tartare or a succulent fillet of beef. Prepared with care and a grounded approach, using regional produce and clear, honest flavours.
Eat well, sit together, enjoy a drink or two and sometimes stay a little longer than planned.

Our bar is the meeting point in Acereto.
Everyone comes together here: farmers, hunters, musicians, neighbours and guests – for a drink, a game of cards, or simply a good conversation. People know one another, exchange greetings, and now and then fall into lively discussion.
